Sekirei is an action-packed anime series that premiered in 2008 and ran until 2010. The show takes place in a world where humans with superpowers called 'Ashikabi' exist. The plot revolves around these Ashikabi and their 'Sekirei,' which are beautiful human-like beings with magical abilities. He soon crosses paths with Musubi, a Sekirei who has just fallen from the sky. There are plenty of nudity, sexual innuendos, and adult themes throughout the series. The animation style is top-notch, and the fighting scenes are stunningly choreographed. The voice acting is exceptional, with Shinnosuke Tachibana, Saori Hayami, and Marina Inoue bringing the characters to life with their excellent performances. The show has a satisfying conclusion that provides closure to the story without leaving any major cliffhangers.
