Thomas Wayne arrived in London to run a retrospective election campaign to become a member of the British Parliament. The two quickly develop a friendship after Alfred saves Wayne's life at a rally. The alliance sets off a chain of events that will trigger the beginning of dynamic adventures and unimaginable danger.
