Garage Sale Mystery is a Hallmark Movies & Mysteries show that follows Jennifer Shannon (Lori Loughlin), a widowed mother of two children who has a talent for finding treasures at garage sales, auctions, and flea markets. She uses her skills to start a business called Rags to Riches. Jennifer's passion for garage sales takes an interesting turn when she stumbles upon a dead body at one of her clients' sales. She soon finds out that the person was murdered and becomes intrigued, as she has a natural talent for solving mysteries. Jennifer teams up with Detective Lynwood (Kevin O'Grady) to find the killer and bring justice to the victim's family. Throughout the show, Jennifer, who is naturally curious and loves to solve puzzles, finds herself embroiled in various murder cases. Although Jennifer is not a professional detective, she is resourceful, determined, and able to piece together clues that others cannot see. She uses her intelligence and wit to navigate through various obstacles and get to the truth. Rick Ravanello plays Jason Shannon, Jennifer's brother-in-law, who is a well-known defense attorney. He provides a different perspective on crime, and Jennifer often turns to him for advice.
