The series is set in the fictional town of Bear Valley, New York, and revolves around Elena's struggle to balance her life as a photographer in Toronto with her duties as a member of the Pack, the family of wolves she belongs to. The Pack is led by Jeremy Danvers (Greg Bryk), a wise and powerful alpha male who values tradition and loyalty above all else. Once she returns to Bear Valley, she is reunited with Clayton and the rest of the Pack, and must work together with them to unravel the mystery of Philip's death. Along the way, Elena also grapples with her feelings for Philip's brother, the human journalist Logan Jonsen (Michael Xavier), as well as her complicated relationship with Clayton. The second season of Bitten delves deeper into the supernatural mythology of the show, introducing new kinds of creatures and expanding on the lore of werewolf society. Elena struggles with her position as the only female werewolf, and must prove herself to the rest of the Pack in order to maintain their respect.
