All That is a sketch comedy show that originally aired on Nickelodeon from 1994 to 2005, and was later revived from 2019 to 2020. The show features a rotating cast of young comedic actors who perform various comedic skits and parodies, as well as interviews with celebrity guests. The original cast of All That included actors Kenan Thompson, Kel Mitchell, Amanda Bynes, Nick Cannon, Lori Beth Denberg, Josh Server, and Danny Tamberelli. They were often known for their over-the-top and wacky characters, such as Thompson's portrayal of Pierre Escargot, who spoke in exaggerated French and sprayed the audience with water from his snail shell, and Mitchell's portrayal of Ed, a fast-talking repairman who always seemed to cause more problems than he solved. Throughout the show's original run, new cast members were added and old ones left, but the show's focus on irreverent and sometimes absurd humor remained a constant. Some of the show's most memorable segments include "Vital Information for Your Everyday Life," in which Denberg delivered hilariously exaggerated advice on everything from hygiene to friendship, and "Ask Ashley," in which Bynes portrayed a young advice columnist who quickly became exasperated with the ridiculous questions sent in by her readers. After a hiatus of several years, All That was revived in 2019 with a new cast of young comedians, many of whom were inspired by the original show. The new cast included actors Ryan Alessi, Reece Caddell, Kate Godfrey, Gabrielle Nevaeh Green, Nathan Janak, Lex Lumpkin, and Chinguun Sergelen. While the new cast members brought their own unique talents to the show, they also paid homage to the show's roots with recurring sketches like "Good Burger," a parody of the classic movie of the same name that starred Mitchell and Thompson. Throughout the show's run, All That remained a beloved staple of Nickelodeon programming, attracting viewers of all ages with its irreverent humor and infectious energy. While the show's cast may have changed over the years, its spirit of fun and willingness to push the boundaries of what was considered "appropriate" for children's entertainment remained a constant. Whether you grew up with the original cast or discovered the show during its recent revival, All That is sure to leave you laughing and feeling like a kid again.
